AlgoMe - Wellness application

OVERVIEW
Contemplating the establishment of a society characterized by heightened emotional transparency prompts us to explore the potential advantages and disadvantages that such a heightened level of emotional openness might entail.

HOW IT WORKS
AlgoMe detects emotional responses through facial expressions, keyboard inputs, and audio cues, updating every 24 hours. Using the front camera, it maps six core emotions onto the user's face via AR colour filters — making emotion visible in the moment.
Please refer to the Figma prototype for a visual demonstration here.

BACKGROUND
Emotions remain largely hidden in our digital lives — yet platforms already shape them constantly. AlgoMe imagines a future where that dynamic is reversed: where emotional responses to content are surfaced, shared, and destigmatised.
